This website sets no cookies
Not one. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no preference cookies, no session cookies. That is why you were not shown a cookie banner asking for your consent — under the ePrivacy Directive, none is required when a site stores nothing on your device.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store, so it can recognise your device on a later visit. Cookies are how sites remember a login, and also how advertising networks follow people between sites.
2. What we use
| Type | Used here? |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary cookies | None |
| Preference cookies | None |
| Analytics or statistics cookies | None |
| Advertising or tracking cookies | None |
| Local storage or session storage | None |
| Tracking pixels or web beacons | None |
| Fingerprinting | None |
There is no Google Analytics on this site, no Meta pixel, no advertising tag and no session recording. We do not know who you are, we cannot follow you to other sites, and we have no idea how many times you have visited.
3. What the page does contact
Being honest about this matters more than the cookie question itself. Loading this website causes your browser to make one request to a company other than us:
Google Fonts — the two typefaces used across this site are served from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Because your browser fetches them directly, Google receives your IP address, the page you are on and your browser type. Google Fonts sets no cookies, and Google states it does not use these requests to build advertising profiles. We use it so the site looks right on every device.
Nothing else on the page is loaded from a third party. The images, the diagrams, the styling and the code all come from our own server.
4. The WhatsApp link
The WhatsApp buttons are ordinary links. Nothing loads from WhatsApp while you are reading this site, and nothing is shared with Meta unless you actually click through and start a conversation. At that point WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
5. What happens when you submit the form
The enquiry form does not use cookies either. It sends what you typed to our own server, which emails it to us. Our server briefly stores a one-way hash of your IP address to stop the form being abused to send spam; that record expires after an hour and cannot be turned back into your IP address. This is explained fully in our Privacy Policy.
6. Controlling cookies anyway
There is nothing here for you to block, but every major browser lets you view and delete cookies, and refuse them from any site, usually under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking cookies entirely will not affect this website, because it does not rely on them.
7. If this changes
If we ever add something that sets a cookie — analytics, for example, or a booking tool — we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before anything is stored on your device. We will not add tracking quietly.
